Refund & Exchange Policy
At Sunflower Collectionz, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before shipping. As a small business, we follow a strict No Refund / No Exchange policy. However, we do accept exchanges in case of damaged items, provided the following conditions are met:
Exchange Eligibility for Damaged Products
1️⃣ A clear, unedited, and continuous video from the moment of opening the courier until the end must be provided as proof of damage. The video must not be paused, cut, or edited in any way.
2️⃣ The request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [ordersunflowercollectionz@gmail.com].
3️⃣ The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, and protective materials.
4️⃣ The package should be shipped back only after receiving confirmation from our team.
5️⃣ Reverse shipping charges for damaged product exchanges will be borne by us.
If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process an exchange.
Important Notes :
📌 Size & Fit (Clothing/Accessories): Please check the size chart/details carefully before placing your order. Exchanges will not be accepted due to size or fit issues.
📌 Product Variations: Colors, textures, and finishes may slightly vary due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution. Many of our products are handcrafted or made with natural materials (stones, beads, fabrics, wood, etc.), so minor differences in shade, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
📌 Acceptance of Policies: By placing an order with Sunflower Collectionz, we consider that you have read and accepted these policies.
📌Customized / Personalized Orders: Products made to order or customized as per customer request are not eligible for exchange or return unless damaged during delivery.
