At Sunflower Collectionz, we ensure that every product is carefully checked before shipping. As a small business, we follow a strict No Refund / No Exchange policy. However, we do accept exchanges in case of damaged items, provided the following conditions are met:

Exchange Eligibility for Damaged Products


1️⃣ A clear, unedited, and continuous video from the moment of opening the courier until the end must be provided as proof of damage. The video must not be paused, cut, or edited in any way.
2️⃣ The request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [Insert Email].
3️⃣ The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, and protective materials.
4️⃣ The package should be shipped back only after receiving confirmation from our team.
5️⃣ Reverse shipping charges for damaged product exchanges will be borne by us.

If the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process an exchange.

Important Notes:


📌 Size Selection: Please check the size chart before placing orders for rings, bangles, and kadas. Exchanges will not be accepted due to size issues.
📌 Product Variations: The product might slightly vary in color and shape due to photography, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. Natural stones and beads are biological, so minor differences in texture and shade are normal.
📌 Acceptance of Policies: By placing an order with Sunflower Collectionz, we consider that you have read and accepted these policies.
