We offer a wide range of oxidised, imitation, silver-plated, and handcrafted jewellery, including earrings, rings, bangles, kadas, necklaces, and more. We also sell bags, organizers, makeup pouches, and hair accessories.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not accept COD. All orders must be prepaid.

3. Can I return or exchange a product?

Record a full unboxing video without cuts or pauses.
Email us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and order details.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (box, pouches, etc.).
We will cover the reverse shipping charges for damaged exchanges.

For oxidised jewellery, use a baking soda & salt mix in lukewarm water to maintain shine.For silver jewellery, use Pitambari powder mixed with water.

Our pieces are handcrafted, and natural stones or beads may have slight variations in color, shape, and texture. Lighting and photography may also affect how colors appear.

9. Where do you ship?
We accept orders PAN India and ship via trusted courier partners.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets. COD is not available.
